It is not really hard to convert your website traffic to facebook fans, below is one of the example I did for my blog website, dslrfanclub.com . In google analytic, I am aware that I have a page that write about Sungai Klah (Sungkai) Hot Springs Resort Malaysia received a very high traffic.
 A page that received 574 likes, so this is a good page to convert all my readers to my facebook fans.
How I do it? It is very simple, you hold some information that your readers needed and post it at your fan page. And with one condition, they need to like it in order to review the information.
For this page, I hide the resort accommodation rates, my readers only can get the information if they become my fans.

At the bottom of the page, I add a red link to hyperlink it to my facebook page, you need to like it in order to view the room rate. 
A page that required you to like my page in order to review the content. So this convert one of your visitor to your friends.
The information will appear after they click like. 
For the result, in a month, 348 fans are from my website, dslrfanclub.com. Cool right?
This is only I use one page to do this, imagine if I apply it to most of my page, you sure gain lot of facebook fans from your website.
